Some of the swing ingest big bands of all time were led by clarinet players. The Turner Center Jazz Orchestra has a BUNCH of great clarinet players. We put two and two together and came up with this evening of the music of Benny Goodman, Artie Shaw, Woody Herman and MORE!

We'll be featuring Iowa native and one of OUR favorites, Ms. Sue Oatts. This concert of holiday-themed favorites has become a local tradition, and due to its popularity, we've split the night into two shows. Same great content - two chances to see it, PLUS you'll be more likely to get a great seat!

We're flying in the great Chicago singer, Ms. Elaine Dame so that you can hear what people from here to Manhattan have been buzzing about. Elaine Dame has one of the most distinctive voices in jazz today, and you really can't miss this rare opportunity to hear a serious talent!

A celebration of the music of the great New York rehearsal bands, like The Village Vanguard band, and the Maria Schneider Orchestra. A crowd favorite! This night will be 100% hard-driving big band jazz, so hold on to your socks!
